Terms and Conditions 77xx — Platform Rules and Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the platform 77xx — available at 77xx.world and on the Android and iOS app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each product offered on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use the services of 77xx. Simply accessing the platform constitutes implicit acceptance of these terms as in effect at the time of access.

2Eligibility and Registration

Use of the platform 77xx is permitted exclusively for:

• Individuals aged 18 or older;
• Residents or individuals domiciled in Brazilian territory;
• Holders of a valid and active CPF registered with Brazil's Receita Federal;
• Individuals who are not currently under an active self-exclusion on the platform or enrolled in national problem gambling exclusion programs.

The 77xx reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity, address, and income verification at any time as part of account verification procedures (KYC — Know Your Customer). Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3User Account

Each user may hold only one account on the platform 77xx, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts — whether by the same user or by members of the same household using the same CPF — is considered a serious violation of these terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the cancellation of all bonus balances.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. Any activity carried out from their account is entirely their responsibility. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must contact 77xx via live chat or by email at contato@77xx.world.

Registration details — full name, CPF, date of birth, email, and phone number — must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. The 77xx is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user at registration or in subsequent updates.

4Deposits and Payments

The 77xx processes all deposits exclusively in BRL. The accepted payment methods are:

• Pix — primary method, instant processing 24 hours a day, no fees;
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 1 business day;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Hipercard;
• PicPay — immediate processing;
• Mercado Pago — instant processing.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. No deposit fee is charged by the 77xx; any applicable bank fees are the user's responsibility and depend on their bank.

Deposits made with cards or accounts that do not belong to the account holder at 77xx are not accepted. The platform may request proof of ownership of the payment method used before processing withdrawals.

5Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, provided the account is verified and there are no active restrictions. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.

Pix withdrawals are processed in under 1 minute after the request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. TED bank transfer withdrawals to accounts at banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil are processed within 1 business day.

The 77xx may request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals, as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures. The user will be notified by email and must respond within the stated deadline for the withdrawal to be released.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to bank accounts, Pix keys, or digital wallets registered in the name of the account holder;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the real balance earned after meeting the rollover requirement may be withdrawn;
• The 77xx reserves the right to audit accounts with unusual activity before authorizing withdrawals.

6Bonuses & Promotions

The 77xx offers a variety of promotions for new and existing users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including rollover requirements, validity period, and eligible bet types. These general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of each offer.

• One account per CPF for welcome promotion eligibility purposes;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;
• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 1,000.00 requires a 5x rollover of the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Cancelled bets or bets resulting in a draw/refund do not count toward meeting the rollover requirement;
• The standard deadline to fulfill the rollover requirement for any promotion is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is received;
• The 77xx may cancel bonuses on accounts that show suspicious betting patterns or that violate these terms.

7Betting Rules

Bets placed on the platform 77xx are subject to the following general rules, applicable to all categories:

• A bet confirmed by the user is final and cannot be cancelled, except in cases provided for in these terms (odds error, event cancellation);
• The 77xx reserves the right to correct or cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, provided the user is notified within 24 hours;
• Events canceled before they begin result in a full refund of the bet;
• Events that have started but not been completed are settled in accordance with the official competition regulations — if no official result is available, the bet is refunded;
• Accumulator bets containing one or more canceled events are recalculated with the canceled events removed;
• The official result recognized by the relevant governing body of the sport is used to settle all bets.

For football — including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and other competitions covered by 77xx — regulation time is 90 minutes plus added time. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count for full-time result markets (1X2), unless otherwise specified in the market.

For live bets, the 77xx may temporarily suspend markets during periods of high volatility (goal scored, red card, match interruption). Bets placed immediately before a goal or significant event may be voided if the system had not processed the bet before the event occurred.

8Casino & Games

The casino games available on the platform 77xx — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and Live Casino with live dealers — use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent bodies. Game randomness and fairness are audited on a regular basis.

Each game has its own rules, betting limits, and RTP (Return to Player) displayed in the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets. The 77xx is not liable for losses resulting from a user's unfamiliarity with the specific rules of a game.

• Casino bonus balance cannot be used on Sports Betting and vice versa, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion;
• Technical failures during a game round result in a refund of the bet placed on that specific round;
• Progressive jackpots have their values and trigger conditions described in each game's rules.

9Prohibited Conduct

The user agrees not to use the platform 77xx for prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
• Use of software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets;
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain;
• Creating multiple accounts in order to circumvent limits, accumulate bonuses, or manipulate outcomes;
• Betting on events whose outcome the user has privileged information about or direct influence over;
• Attempting to manipulate odds or outcomes;
• Any form of fraud, including the unauthorized use of third-party credit cards or banking details.

Detection of any prohibited behavior will result in immediate account closure, cancellation of bonus balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities. The 77xx cooperates fully with investigations by regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

10Account Closure

Users may close their account on the platform 77xx at any time, free of charge, by contacting support via live chat or by emailing contato@77xx.world. Prior to closure, any available real-money balance will be refunded via Pix to the key registered by the user.

The 77xx may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Self-exclusion request for responsible gambling;
• Death of the account holder (upon notification from the family with supporting documentation);
• Order issued by a competent judicial or regulatory authority;
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, the 77xx reserves the right to withhold balances related to fraudulent activity identified through internal review, with formal notice provided to the user.

11Limitation of Liability

The 77xx is not liable for financial losses arising from:

• Betting decisions made by the user based on tips, analysis, or third-party information;
• Internet connection failures, network instability, or issues with the user's device;
• Temporary service interruptions for scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Force majeure — unforeseeable and unavoidable events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or critical infrastructure failures.

The maximum liability of the 77xx toward the user, under any circumstances, is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time the liability-triggering event occurs.

12Privacy & LGPD

The processing of personal data by 77xx is carried out in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). The full Privacy Policy is available on its dedicated page and details exactly what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and what rights data subjects hold.

In short, the data collected is used exclusively for:

• User account creation and management;
• Financial transaction processing;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
• Communications about products, promotions, and platform updates (with the option to unsubscribe at any time);
• Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering.

Users have the right to request access to, correction, portability, or deletion of their personal data, as provided under the LGPD, by emailing contato@77xx.world or reaching out through the platform's support channel. The 77xx has up to 15 days to respond to requests.

13Responsible Gambling

The 77xx is committed to responsible gambling and offers the following self-control tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Betting limits — set a maximum betting amount per period;
• Temporary self-exclusion — pause options of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, activated immediately;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure, irreversible once confirmed;
• Session time alerts — configurable platform session time notifications.

14Changes to the Terms

The 77xx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, for reasons including but not limited to: changes in Brazilian gambling legislation, product improvements, new services, or updates to operational procedures.

Material changes will be communicated by email to the address registered on the account, with at least 7 days' notice. Minor updates may be published directly on the platform, with the date of the last revision indicated in this document. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform 77xx shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts.

The 77xx operates in compliance with applicable Brazilian Sports Betting and online gaming legislation, including regulations from the Ministério da Fazenda and other competent authorities. The platform follows KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures in line with COAF (Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras) requirements.
